About Us

The consultants, Lloyd Pederson and Stewart Graham, have extensive experience in all aspects of the elevator industry from elevator design, construction and modernization to maintenance, service and safety training. We each have more than 20 years of field experience and 20 years in management for a major international elevator company and manufacturer. We are highly experienced in project management, review and cost control. We attend annual workshops to remain up-to-date on safety standards and requirements for elevating devices.
